My Transferable Skills

3.    Teamwork

 

I got all these skills when I was studied my bachelor’s degree. I was able to work as a team leader in our final year project and able to work as a team and, we got lots of problems when we worked with our final year project.  Problem-solving skills help me identify what is causing the problem and find a way to implement a solution. Leadership skills aren’t only your ability to supervise and manage a team. Leadership skills also include your ability to take the lead on a project and get a team to follow through and accomplish shared goals. Teamwork is working together as a group to achieve a common goal. I was able to make a positive contribution to my group to help it succeed. These skills are equally important to me play a pivotal role to grow my career.
